What You'll Do

As a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment while delivering quality work our customers can trust.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform onsite PMs and minor repairs for fleet customers
• Complete onsite weekly yard checks for vehicle deficiencies
• Performing advanced diesel engine diagnostics and repairs
• Troubleshooting electrical systems using wiring diagrams
• Diagnosing and repairing drivetrain components
• Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Documenting repairs accurately and explaining any repairs exceeding standard labor times
• Maintaining organized tools, parts inventory, and a clean work area
• Treating customer vehicles and equipment with professionalism and respect
• Working independently while managing multiple repair priorities
• Continuing to develop your skills through training and certifications
• Working in the shop and doing urgent road calls mostly during business hours

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with:

• Minimum 4 years of diesel repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams
• Your own professional mechanic's tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding and light fabrication experience
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (preferred but not required)
